SERVICE AND WARRANTY REPLACEMENT The following steps outline Navtour’s Warranty Replacement process. Each step must be completed to ensure that your replacement request is processed quickly and without complication. Please contact our customer representatives to troubleshoot over the phone first. Please make sure the following information is enclosed - Your name - Address - Telephone number - Proof of Purchase (invoice and or receipt) - A description of problem - Serial number of unit - RMA number 6. Please mark your assigned RMA number visibly and clearly on the OUTSIDE of the box. Return without RMA number will be rejected. 7. Your claim will be evaluated by our technical specialist. Replacement services will be performed and returned in approximately 10 business days. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Please submit claims within 30days of RMA number request. Navtour must receive product within this time period. Unused RMA numbers will expire in 30 days. • Sender bears the cost of sending the defective unit to us plus any expedited fees. Navtour bears the cost of shipping the replacement to the sender. • Navtour will ship all merchandise with track-able shipping services. • Navtour does not offer refunds, credits, or upgrades. • Warranty is only available to original purchasers with a valid Proof of Purchase. • Navtour is not responsible for products damaged or lost in shipping. Please insure and obtain a tracking number as a safeguard. • Tampering or opening the product casing and/or interior voids the limited Warranty in it’s entirely. • Failure to follow the above provisions may cause your service claim to be denied. LIMITED WARRANTY - 3 month warranty dmedia System Co., Ltd. warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and condition, be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned parts without charge for the parts and repair labor, provided that transportation charges are prepaid. The sales receipt is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty only extends to you, the original retailer purchaser. It is not transferable. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become property of the Company. This limited warranty only extends to product purchased from the Company and the authorized dealers and resellers. This warranty does not apply if the product or part thereof, which in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged or rendered defective through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s). The opinion of the Company with respect to this matter shall be final. THE EXTEND OF THE COMPANY’S LIABLITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE RETAIL PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. No person or representative is authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.
